We want to ensure that your purchase arrives on time, safe and sound, and as you intended however on the odd occasion our best effort can fail us. If you are unhappy with your purchase.
1.We do not provide any refunds in case of incorrect delivery address.

Steps to make a return
1.Please submit your request to the customer care along with an unedited unboxing video of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the order.
2.Before we arrange for a return pick up , we will require a video of the product and once we receive the same it will be reviewed by our team and it is up to the discretion of the team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
3.Once we have received your request and our team has authorised the return for the damaged/incorrect product , we will arrange for a collection of the product. Please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. All tags and packaging should be intact.
4.Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, Your money will be credited to the SilverIshq wallet and you can reorder the product. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
